Stir-fried Radishes & ScallionsStir-fry radishes with Yondu for a delicate and tender crunch that's full of flavor!
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup halved small radishes
- 4 scallions, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon Yondu
1. In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat until shimmering. Add radishes and scallions. Cook, without stirring, until golden, about 3 minutes.
2. Add Yondu. Stir until liquid has evaporated and radishes are starting to look translucent, about 2 more minutes.
Garnish with lemon zest, if desired.
