White Bean Dip
A protein-rich dip flavored by coconut milk and Yondu.- 1 (15oz) can white beans, drained and rinsed well
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tablespoon Yondu
Method
1. In food processor or blender, combine beans, coconut milk, lemon juice, garlic and Yondu; puree until smooth.
2. Serve with your favorite raw vegetables, chips, or crackers.
