White Bean Dip

A protein-rich dip flavored by coconut milk and Yondu.

  • 1 (15oz) can white beans, drained and rinsed well
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Yondu

Method

    1. In food processor or blender, combine beans, coconut milk, lemon juice, garlic and Yondu; puree until smooth.
    2. Serve with your favorite raw vegetables, chips, or crackers.
