Green Salad with Yondu-Lemon Vinaigrette

  • 2 teaspoons Yondu
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Mixed salad greens

Method

    1. In a bowl, combine Yondu, Olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice and whisk to form a vinaigrette.
    2. Prepare your favorite green salad and toss with the Yondu-lemon vinaigrette just before serving.
    Notes/tips: You can also add some pepper or other ingredients such as herbs or spices.
