    Dressing:

  • 3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Yondu
  • 1 Tbsp EVOO
  • To taste Black pepper
  • Salad:

  • 2 ea Tomato, ¼-inch thin
  • 1 pk Fresh Mozzarella, ¼” thin slice
  • 5 leaves Basil, torn

Method

    1. Combine all the dressing in a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
    2. Arrange tomato, cheese and basil, and drizzle dressing on top.

    Notes/tips:
    Try with Burrata for a creamy texture.
    Substitute tomato with fresh figs or roasted beets.
