Caprese SaladUpgrade your ordinary balsamic with a drop of Yondu!
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Yondu
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tomatoes, sliced ¼-inch thin
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced ¼-inch thin
- 5 basil leaves, torn
1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, Yondu and oil.
2. On a large plate, arrange tomatoes, cheese and basil.
3. Drizzle with reserved dressing.
Try with burrata for a creamier texture.
Substitute tomato with fresh figs or roasted beets.
