CapreseUpgrade your ordinary balsamic with a drop of Yondu!
- 3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp Yondu
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- To taste Black pepper
- 2 ea Tomato, ¼-inch thin
- 1 pk Fresh Mozzarella, ¼” thin slice
- 5 leaves Basil, torn
1. Combine all the dressing in a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
2. Arrange tomato, cheese and basil, and drizzle dressing on top.
Try with Burrata for a creamy texture.
Substitute tomato with fresh figs or roasted beets.
