Caprese Tomato Salad
Fresh tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and a drizzle of Yondu, the secret sauce that awakens flavor in every bite.- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Yondu
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella
- 5 basil leaves, torn

Method
1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, Yondu and oil.
2. On a large plate, arrange tomatoes, cheese and basil.
3. Drizzle with reserved dressing.
