Caprese Salad

Upgrade your ordinary balsamic with a drop of Yondu!

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Yondu
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salad:

  • 2 tomatoes, sliced ¼-inch thin
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced ¼-inch thin
  • 5 basil leaves, torn


    1. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, Yondu and oil.
    2. On a large plate, arrange tomatoes, cheese and basil.
    3. Drizzle with reserved dressing.

    Try with burrata for a creamier texture.
    Substitute tomato with fresh figs or roasted beets.
