There will be a lively conversation, with participants speaking about urban farming initatives in NYC.
Annette Nielsen, Executive Director for Hunter College NYC Food Policy Center, will be leading a discussion of on NYC have done to being Earth friendly.
Joining her will be Carlos Martinez, Director of NYC Parks GreenThumb, Adam DeMartino, CIO and Co-Founder of Smallhold, and Qiana Mickie, Executive Director, NYC Mayor’s Office of Urban Agriculture .
Following this panel discussion, Chef Jaume Biarnés Digón, Director of Yondu Culinary Studio, will be sharing with guests how to cook “Caramelized Trumpet Mushroom Steak” with Yondu.
Guests will be able to try this delicious dish as well as other menu items:
