10-Minute Spicy Cherry Tomato Jam

  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes, halved (about 2 cups)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Yondu Spicy

Method

    1. Combine cherry tomatoes, sugar, and Yondu Spicy in a medium pot over medium heat.
    2. Cook until mixture begins to boil, then reduce heat to low.
    3. Simmer 5-10 minutes until tomatoes soften and shrink but still hold their shape.
    4. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Store covered up to 1 week.
