e.terra Kitchen & Yondu Culinary Studio partner to host a training session for NYC school chefs by Wellness in the Schools.

e.terra Kitchen will host with lunch, complete with chef demos:

    • Cured Citrus Basil + Yondu Marinated Fillet of Salmon
    • Harvest Salad with Beets, Squashes, Radish + Mixed Greens with Yondu
    • Vegan Raspberry Pistachio Opera Cake from Bleu Neige (photo below)
    • Greens provided by Aerofarms, Teas provided by SerendipiTea, Juices provided by Honeybrains

Wellness in the Schools is a non-profit that helps public schools plan and execute healthy menus. Their 2023 goal is bringing 1 million kids plant-based, from-scratch food. Chef Bill Telepan leads the culinary program. Yondu proudly supports healthier, sustainable, and delicious meals for NYC public schools!
