Join Michelin Star Chef Anita Lo for a 3 course meal celebrating local and urban New York farms, raising funds for Chefs for Impacts youth program, educating youth on food sustainability, nutrition, agriculture, and culinary techniques. 

Before dinner, guests will enjoy cocktail hour featuring locally crafted spirits from Catskill Provisions Distillery, and have the chance to mingle and learn more about Chefs for Impacts programs. 

Dinner will feature a plant forward menu crafted by Anita Lo highlighting Yondu and locally grown produce from some of New York’s most innovative farms. 

All proceeds will support Chefs for Impact, a NYC non profit organization educating children and adults on the environmental and personal impacts of sustainable eating, empowering the next generation of food change-makers through youth programs, media, and advocacy initiatives.
