  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 2 tsp Yondu
  • 1 small butter lettuce, leaves separated and rinsed.
  • 2 Tbsp. Ssam Jang
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • 1 bunch chives, halved
  • Sesame seeds

Method

    1. Season cooked rice with Yondu and stir well.
    2. To build your Ssam, grab a leaf of lettuce on the palm of your hand. Place a bunch of rice on top, and a generous dollop of SsamJang sauce. Garnish with scallion, chives and sesame.
    3. Wrap and enjoy!
