To start, our chefs will demonstrate foundational tips and tricks to getting delicious vegetarian dishes on your table every night using a variety of vegetables and our savory seasoning, Yondu. The hands-on portion of our workshop will allow you to apply your new learnings to simple and nutrient-rich cooking by following our recipes using vegetables, grains and meatless protein.
The workshop will conclude with a vibrant family-style dinner (prepared by you!) and paired with local beer, wine and non-alcoholic refreshments.
