To start, our chefs will demonstrate foundational tips and tricks to getting delicious vegetarian dishes on your table every night using a variety of produce and our savory seasoning, Yondu.
The hands-on portion of our workshop will allow you to apply these techniques to simple and nutrient-rich cooking using vegetables, grains and meatless protein.
The workshop will conclude with a vibrant family-style dinner (prepared by attendees) paired with local beer and non-alcoholic refreshments.
