This hands-on cooking class will be lead by former el Bulli Chef Jaume Biarnés at Yondu Culinary Studio
Join us and explore how Yondu, a plant-based umami seasoning sauce, can enhance your vegetarian cooking and satisfy the body’s natural craving for savoriness.
To start, our chefs will demonstrate the various ways Yondu can elevate your everyday cooking with three flavorful recipes. Then, you will replicate the recipes in the hands-on portion of the class using seasonal produce.
The workshop will conclude with a vibrant family-style dinner (prepared by you!) paired with local American wine and non-alcoholic refreshments.
