- 2 cups zucchini, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons Yondu
- 1 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
1. In a hot pan over high heat, combine olive oil with zucchini and tomatoes. Saute for 5 minutes until zucchini is golden-brown.
2. Add Yondu remove pan from heat. Stir to combine and glaze vegetables with Yondu.
3. Sprinkle with chopped basil before serving.
Add onion & garlic while sauteing for more flavor!
