Zucchini Tomato Stir-fry

  • 1 zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Yondu
  • fresh chopped basil

Method

    1. In a hot pan over high heat, combine olive oil with zucchini and tomatoes. Saute for 5 minutes until zucchini is golden-brown.
    2. Add Yondu remove pan from heat. Stir to combine and glaze vegetables with Yondu.
    3. Sprinkle with chopped basil before serving.
    Notes:
    Add onion & garlic while sauteing for more flavor!
