Yondu Scrambled EggsTake your basic eggs to rich & luxurious with just a splash of Yondu!
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Yondu
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
1. In a small bowl, beat eggs. Stir in Yondu.
2. In a small skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add eggs. Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are just set, about 4 minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Serve over toast.
Garnish with chili, pepper or fresh herbs.
