- 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Yondu
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. With a towel, dry chickpeas. Spread on baking sheet. Add oil and Yondu; toss to coat.
3. Bake until golden and crisp, 15-20 minutes.
Season with your favorite spices like paprika, cumin or cayenne, for an added kick.
