Simple Hummus

  • 1 lb chickpeas, cooked and drained
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Tbsp. tahini
  • 2 Tbsp. Yondu
  • ¼ cup water, warm
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil

Method

    1. In a food processor, combine drained chickpeas, garlic, tahini and Yondu. Blend all together and add warm water slowly. Blend until smooth.
    2. Add olive oil and blend until it is incorporated.
    3. Serve with a sprinkle of paprika and a drop of olive oil on top.
