Sauteed Swiss ChardFlavorful healthy leafy greens in 10 minutes!
- 6 cups Swiss chard, roughly
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- 1 Tbsp Yondu
- To taste Black pepper
1. Heat large sauté pan over high heat, add EVOO and Swiss chard. When it’s half way wilted, then add Yondu.
2. Finish with black pepper to your taste.
You can substitute with Kale, spinach, and other greens.
Feel free to add red pepper flakes for a kick
You can finish with lemon juice for a little acidity.
