Quick-Roasted Cauliflower

Broiling your cauliflower will results in great char in little time!

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Yondu

Method

    1. Preheat broiler to HIGH.
    2. On a sheet pan, combine cauliflower, oil and Yondu; toss until coated. Arrange cauliflower without crowding.
    2. Place under broiler until golden brown, about 10 minutes, tossing halfway through.

    Notes/tips:
    Garnish with parsley, chili flakes and lemon zest, if desired.
