    Dressing:

  • ¼ cup Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tso Yondu
  • 1 Tbsp EVOO
  • Salad:

  • ¼ each Iceberg lettuce, wedge
  • 3 each Sun dried tomato, sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp Walnut, chopped

Method

    1. Combine all the dressing in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
    2. Assemble the salad with dressing, sun dried tomato and chopped walnut

    Notes/tips:
    Try grilling your lettuce for smoky flavor.
    Try with different hearty lettuce, like romaine!
