- ¼ cup Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tso Yondu
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- ¼ each Iceberg lettuce, wedge
- 3 each Sun dried tomato, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp Walnut, chopped
1. Combine all the dressing in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
2. Assemble the salad with dressing, sun dried tomato and chopped walnut
