Garlic Stir-fried Lettuce with Noodles

Yondu seasons and provides the backbone of flavor for this minimalist dish!
  • 6 oz. udon noodles
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 fresh red chili, sliced
  • ½ romaine lettuce, washed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. Yondu

Method

    1. Cook noodles following the package instructions. Drain and reserve.
    2. In a large pan over medium-high heat add olive oil, garlic and chili. Cook until garlic starts to turn golden, about 30 seconds.
    3. Add lettuce to the pan and crank up the heat. Stir fry for 30 seconds and add cooked noodles.
    4. Pour in Yondu and stir-fry for 30 more seconds stirring well.
