Creamy Umami Green Goddess Dressing
- 1 splash of Yondu (about 1 tablespoon)
- ½ ripe avocado
- ¼ cup water (plus more to thin if needed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 small garlic clove
- ¼ cup fresh herbs (parsley, chives, cilantro, or a mix)
- Black pepper, to taste
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Add this dressing to everything!
