Creamy Umami Green Goddess Dressing

  • 1 splash of Yondu (about 1 tablespoon)
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup water (plus more to thin if needed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • ¼ cup fresh herbs (parsley, chives, cilantro, or a mix)
  • Black pepper, to taste

Method

    Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
    Adjust seasoning to taste.
    Add this dressing to everything!
