Cabbage SteakNutty & sweet 1-ingredient steak in under 15 minutes!
- 1 each Cabbage, ¾-inch thick
- 4 sprigs Thyme
- 1/3 cup Yondu
- ¼ cup EVOO
- To taste Black pepper
1. Drizzle EVOO and Yondu on cabbage and let it rest for 5 minutes.
2. Heat grill pan over medium heat and grill the cabbage with thyme on top, 5-7 minutes per side. Close the top and steam to cook through.
You can garnish with some cheese and other herbs/spices.
Avoid burning thyme by placing it on top of cabbage to get nice aroma.
