Join us and explore how Yondu, a plant-based umami seasoning sauce, can enhance your vegetarian cooking and satisfy the body’s natural craving for savoriness.

To start, our chefs will demonstrate the various ways Yondu can elevate your everyday cooking with three flavorful recipes. Then, you will replicate the recipes in the hands-on portion of the class using seasonal produce from the Union Square farmer’s market.

The workshop will conclude with a vibrant family-style dinner (prepared by you!) paired with local beer, wine and non-alcoholic refreshments.
