Learn the basics of vegetarian cooking and explore how Yondu, a plant-based umami seasoning sauce, can make vegetarian cooking easy and delicious!
To start, our chefs will demonstrate the various ways Yondu can elevate your everyday cooking with three simple vegetarian recipes. Then, you will replicate the recipes in the hands-on portion of the class using seasonal produce from the Union Square farmer’s market.
The workshop will conclude with a vibrant family-style dinner (prepared by you!) paired with local beer, wine and non-alcoholic refreshments.
