In our Vegan Cooking series, our chefs bring to light vegan recipes that have existed throughout history in some of the most renowned books of American cookery. You will be guided and assisted while preparing these recipes during the hands-on portion.

Discover simple ways to bring plant-rich meals into your weekly home cooking with the help of Yondu. To start, our chefs will demonstrate foundational tips and tricks to getting delicious vegetarian dishes on your table every night using  local produce from our Union Square farmers market.

The workshop will conclude with a vibrant family-style dinner prepared by attendees and paired with local beer and non-alcoholic refreshments.
