Keep warm this winter season with seasonal vegetable dishes made rich and flavorful with the help of Yondu!
In this comfort-focused workshop our chefs will demonstrate how to prepare three simple recipes with an extra dose of flavor to keep you well fed and satisfied in the coldest months. In the hands-on portion of the workshop, you will apply the techniques demonstrated and create your own version of the dishes using fresh produce from Fulton Stall and Union Square Markets.
The workshop will conclude with a vibrant family-style dinner (prepared by you!) paired with local beer, wine and non-alcoholic refreshments.
