Learn the basics of Korean cooking and what makes it the world’s most plant-forward cuisine!

To start, our chefs will demonstrate the various ways Yondu, our Korean plant-based umami sauce, can elevate your everyday cooking. Then, they will guide you through three Korean recipes that create the foundation of Korean cuisine. You will replicate the recipes in the hands-on portion of the class using seasonal produce from the Union Square farmer’s market.

The workshop will conclude with a vibrant family-style dinner (prepared by you!) paired with local beer, wine and non-alcoholic refreshments.
