Learn the basics of plant-based cooking and how Yondu, our vegan umami seasoning sauce, can make plant-based cooking easy and delicious!

To start, our chefs will demonstrate the various ways Yondu can elevate your everyday cooking with three simple vegan recipes. Then, you will replicate the recipes in the hands-on portion of the class using seasonal produce from the Union Square farmer’s market.

The workshop will conclude with a vibrant family-style dinner (prepared by you!) paired with local beer, wine and non-alcoholic refreshments.

*Please note, we do not allow outside alcoholic beverages.
