Hello, 2019! Join the Yondu team  this detoxifying month and learn how to add flavor to your light eats without the guilt.
To start, our chefs will demonstrate the various ways Yondu can elevate your everyday cooking with three light yet flavorful recipes that you can keep on repeat during this month of rejuvenation. Then, you will  replicate the recipes in the hands-on portion of the class using seasonal produce from Fulton Stall and the Union Square Farmer’s Market.

The workshop will conclude with a vibrant family-style dinner (prepared by you!) paired with local beer, wine and non-alcoholic refreshments.

Menu includes:

  • 5-minute Detox Soup
  • Brussels Sprout Slaw
  • Chilled Soba Noodle Salad

*Please note, we do not allow outside alcoholic beverages.
