Join us this Valentine’s Day for a hands-on and intimate workshop where you’ll learn to make vegetarian versions of classic date night dishes – think beet tartare! To start, our chefs will demonstrate how to create the three recipes, highlighting techniques that will improve your execution.
In the hands-on portion of the workshop, you will split up into groups and recreate the 3-course meal using seasonal produce from Fulton Stall and Union Square Markets.
The workshop will conclude with a candle-lit dinner (prepared by you!) paired with local wine and non-alcoholic refreshments.
