Cooks (of any level) will come away with new cooking skills after attending this class. We’ll be exploring delicious & healthy Korean recipes in a hands-on cooking class at our culinary studio in downtown Manhattan. Cook alongside Chef Jaume Biarnes while discovering ingredients and techniques that will make weeknight dinners a breeze. We’ll also try traditional fermented Korean sauces & pastes that will hopefully earn a spot in your pantry (and heart!).

You will be tasting:

  • Birthday Seaweed Soup
  • Korean Sides (Banchan): Spinach Namul, Quick-Pickled Cucumber, Onion & Chili Jangajii, Gochujang-glazed Eggplant
  • Ssam Spread

You will be making the following from scratch:

  • Bibimbap with Yondu & Gochujang
  • Napa Cabbage Kimchi (to take home and enjoy or weeks to come!)
