Empowering Chef’s to Make Plant-based Meals a Reality in Foodservice 

We’re teaming up with the folks from the Meatless Monday Campaigns, to conduct a demo and tasting session at Yondu Culinary Studio. We’ll be exploring current research & learnings from other foodservice professionals serving up meatless and delicious meals to their diners.

We will be serving up the following tastings and end with a light dinner served ssam-style!

Quick Broth, Plant-rich Paella, Ginger Scallion Noodles, DoenJang & Soy sauce Tasting, Ssam Sauce with Stir-Fried Vegetables, Veg Dips, Romesco Salad, Spaghetti Yondu Olio, Dinner Ssam-Style!
