You don’t have to sacrifice flavor when eating light and clean. Join the Yondu team and learn how to ensure that all your light eats leave you satisfied and content this winter.
To start, our chefs will demonstrate the various ways Yondu can elevate your everyday cooking with three light yet flavorful recipes that you can keep on repeat during these cold winter months. Then, you will replicate the recipes in the hands-on portion of the class using seasonal produce from Fulton Stall and the Union Square Farmer’s Market.
The workshop will conclude with a vibrant family-style dinner (prepared by you!) paired with local beer, wine and non-alcoholic refreshments.
