In our Cooking Creatively series, our chefs will demonstrate the power of Yondu in resturant quality recipes created by some of NYC’s favorite chefs.
To start, you will learn basic cooking techniques and fine dining plating while our chefs take you through every steps of three recipes. In the hands-on portion of the workshop, you will apply these techniques to the same recipes and create restaurant-worthy meals using seasonal produce from Fulton Stall and Union Square Markets.
The workshop will conclude with a vibrant family-style dinner (prepared by you!) paired with local beer, wine and non-alcoholic refreshments.
