Spring has sprung … we hope! And we are eager to get cooking with beautiful spring produce. Join the Yondu team and discover new vegetables to love and make your meals bright and fresh.
To start, our chefs will demonstrate the various ways Yondu can elevate your everyday cooking with three light yet flavorful recipes that you can keep on repeat as temperatuers begin to rise. Then, you will replicate the recipes in the hands-on portion of the class using seasonal produce from Fulton Stall and the Union Square Farmer’s Market.
The workshop will conclude with a vibrant family-style dinner (prepared by you!) paired with local beer, wine and non-alcoholic refreshments.
